KING OF KINGS

Psalms 47:9 The rulers of the world have gathered together. They join us in praising the God of Abraham. For all the kings of the earth belong to God. He is highly honored everywhere.

Humanity is seeking ways and means to take God out of the equation when it comes to the affairs of men and the world. But the truth is that God is the equation. Wherever you see people gathered, whether in schools, public places, or events when the stadia is filled and so on, sometimes the activities there may not be God-glorifying, but one thing is sure all humans are made in the likeness of God. 
Even in people's rebellion towards God, they indirectly join us in praising God. When king Nebuchadnezzar and his eunuch threw the three Hebrew men into the burning furnace, it ended in God's glory.
Daniel 3:28 -29 Then Nebuchadnezzar said, "Praise to the God of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego! He sent his angel to rescue his servants who trusted in him. They defied the king's command and were willing to die rather than serve or worship any god except their own God. Therefore, I make this decree: If any people, whatever their race or nation or language, speak a word against the God of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, they will be torn limb from limb, and their houses will be crushed into heaps of rubble. There is no other god who can rescue like this!" Our God, the God of Abraham, is the King of kings, and He is honoured among all men. Hallelujah. Amen

Prayer: Father Lord, the God of Abraham and all humanity. We thank you for being our God. Continue to reign and rule in the affairs of men, for all glory, honour, and power belongs to you. Amen.
