THE FATHER'S JOY

2 John :4
It has given me great joy to find some of your children walking in the truth, just as the Father commanded us.

In life there are people who bring pains and afflictions to their parents and there are others who bring joy and laughter to them. Those who are the  delight of their parents are the ones who obey their instructions in the Lord. They are blessed with long life and all they do prospers. Beloved the instructions, directions of our early parents are temporal and does not transcend into eternity.
You have a heavenly father who desires you walk in truth and obey him to the latter then you can bring joy to him.
My Father's glory is shown by you bearing much fruit; and in this way you become my disciples. John 15:8.
Bring joy and glorify your heavenly father by walking in the truth and obeying him.
