James 5.13-14
Is any one of you in trouble? He should pray. Is anyone happy? Let him sing songs of praise. Is any one of you sick? He should call the elders of the church to pray over him and anoint him with oil in the name of the Lord.

The bible is the manual of the believer. It has instructions concerning every aspect of our lives. When you find yourself in trouble the bible's number one recommendation is prayer. Not complains, blame games, oil or tears. Prayer will bring you out of trouble.
Who does not want to be happy? We all desire daily happiness. But just in case you find yourself sorrowful in the course of life, the bible' s recommendation is to sing praises, not to drink alcohol, abuse drugs, commit suicide, get bitter etc. As you praise the holy spirit releases joy into your spirit.
When it comes to sickness, the bible says call the elders of the church, let them pray and anoint you for healing. Don't be suffer in silence when you are sick call the pastors, elders, deacons and deaconesses is their divine mandate to pray for your healing.
