HIS OTHER STATEMENTS

John 11:16 Then Thomas, who is called the Twin, said to his fellow disciples, "Let us also go, that we may die with Him."

Thomas the disciple of Jesus Christ is known for doubting the resurrection of Jesus Christ. He has gained the name the doubting Thomas among believers. John 20:25 The other disciples  said to him, "We have seen the Lord." So he said to them,  "Unless I see in His hands the print of the nails, and put my finger into the print of the nails, and put my hand into His side, I will not believe. Thomas said.

This is not the only statement Thomas made in the bible. He was the first disciple who was willing to die with Jesus Christ. When the other disciples reminded Jesus Christ of the dangers ahead in Bethany, he encouraged them and urged them to go with the Master. John 11:16 Then Thomas, who is called the Twin, said to his fellow disciples, "Let us also go, that we may die with Him." One of the outstanding statements made by Jesus Christ was a  result of a question from Thomas.

John 14:5-6 Thomas said to Him, "Lord, we do not know where You are going, and how can we know the way?" Jesus said to him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me. Thomas didn't start as a doubter he had great faith in his walk with the Lord Jesus Christ, but when it mattered most, at the end of Jesus' ministry on earth he fell into doubt.

How you end is more important than how you began. Much is not said about his beginning statements, his last statement with the Master is what he is known for. No matter what happens God wants you to be filled with faith and end your life with Him in faith here on earth. You will be known for how you ended.
Luke 18:8b When the Son of Man comes, will He really find faith on the earth?"

Prayer: Holy Spirit fill me with faith. I pray for a daily increase in my faith. I decree and declare in Jesus' name that no matter the challenges of life I will not lose my faith in Jesus' name.  Amen.
