THE EASIEST FOR GOD AND THE IMPOSSIBLE FOR MAN

Mark 2:9-10 Is it easier to say to the paralyzed man, 'Your sins are forgiven' or 'Get up, pick up your mat, and walk'?  I will prove that I, the Son of Man, have the authority on earth to forgive sins." Then Jesus turned to the paralyzed man and said, " Stand up, take your mat, and go on home, because you are healed! "

Jesus Christ had healed several people before this particular one, but in this one, he touches on forgiveness before administering healing to the person in question. Forgiveness and healing, which is easier for God to do?

Men build houses; men award academic accolades, and Men give visas. A doctor can diagnose and prescribe drugs that can bring permanent healing to your life without saying a prayer. Our physical needs are things that are readily accessible in the physical realm, which human beings can even offer to do for us. So when you pray, and you receive healings, houses, scholarships, visas, open doors, and so on, God is operating in his easiest realm because God is doing for you what mortal men can do. It is unbelievable that we judge God's greatness based on the easiest things he does. But some things are in God's prerogative only to do.

Mark 2:5-7 Seeing their faith, Jesus said to the paralyzed man, " My son, your sins are forgiven." But some of the teachers of religious law who were sitting there said to themselves, "What? This is blasphemy! Who but God can forgive sins!" This is scholars speaking here; that the issue of forgiveness of sins is done by God only. They did have problems with Jesus Christ healing the sick and administering other physical needs to people, but the question and doubts came up when He touched on forgiveness of sin. Beloved man can do everything and anything except forgive sins. Everything we see now created here on earth that was not mentioned at creation is man-made. Man can also make, but man cannot forgive. Humanity's greatest need is God's forgiveness which God gives through Christ Jesus. Who but God can forgive sins!

Prayer: Lord Jesus Christ, do what no man can do in my life, forgive my sins, and cause men to help me with my physical needs. In your name, I pray. Amen.
