THE QUIETNESS OF GOD

Isaiah 18:3-4 All you people of the world, you who live on the earth, when a banner is raised on the mountains, you will see it, and when a trumpet sounds, you will hear it. This is what the LORD says to me: "I will remain quiet and will look on from my dwelling place, like shimmering heat in the sunshine, like a cloud of dew in the heat of harvest."

A lot of talks have been going on God's behalf as if He has no say in the affairs of men. God in His wisdom and timing  has allowed people to be His spokesperson. Both those who believe in Him and those who do not believe in Him. For those who believe in Him, they speak the truth of God's word in righteousness, and those who do not believe in Him distort the truth of God and blaspheme His name. But there is a day when God will certainly have a say. Even criminals are given a hearing in court before their persecution. What you said about God whether good or evil, you may have said it in secret or public not everyone heard it. No matter how trendy a news item, a person, or product may be is not heard by everybody in the world. But the day the Lord Almighty will speak God will get the attention of all people in the world. People from all tribes and nations will hear the Lord speak. In this age and time, people have bragging rights to speak evil of God without fear and honour for His name. Beloved if you are part of those people relax, am here to inform you, may think your voice is traveling don't be deceived not all in the world can hear you. Don't take the quietness of God for granted and speak folly. For the day, the Lord will speak all nations will hear, and for whatever false information you gave you will be judged.
 
Prayer: Lord Jesus Christ grant me the grace to continue speaking your truth in all righteousness as I wait for your coming. Amen.
