THE CRISIS OF THOSE WHO DO NOT KNOW THE LORD

Isaiah 15:1-2 A prophecy against Moab: Ar in Moab is ruined, destroyed in a night! Kir in Moab is ruined, destroyed in a night!
Dibon goes up to its temple, to its high places to weep; Moab wails over Nebo and Medeba. Every head is shaved and every beard cut off.

The people of Moab did not regard the Lord nor His ways. They did as they desired in their own eyes. Dishonouring the Lord and His people. Ar means a city and Kir means walls. The Lord will destroy their dwelling place and that which they trust in for protection. The prophet of Moab is Nebo and Medeba is their water of rest yet they shall not find rest rather shame will be their portion. Going against the way of the Lord is a dangerous thing to do. Who can stand the wrath of the Lord? No one can. It is better to be on the side of the Lord.

Prayer: Lord Jesus Christ forgive my sin of rebellion. Am mercy on me as I repent to way follow your ways.
