BUT FOR CHRIST

Luke 23:18-19 But the whole crowd shouted, "Away with this man! Release Barabbas to us!"  (Barabbas had been thrown into prison for an insurrection in the city, and for murder.)

After the devil taking dominion of the earth by Adam's disobedience. For the second time, humanity commits the same error releasing the son of the devil while Christ Jesus the Son of God, who is the Son of righteousness is delivered to be crucified. This is why Paul wrote in 1 Corinthians 15:17-20 And if Christ has not been raised, your faith is futile; you are still in your sins.
Then those also who have fallen asleep in Christ are lost. If only for this life we have hope in Christ, we are of all people most to be pitied. But Christ has indeed been raised from the dead, the firstfruits of those who have fallen asleep. The condition of the current world would be worse than the former because the devil and his sons will be reigning on earth. But thanks be to God for the resurrection power, that has given us victory over the devil with all his sons and daughters. It does not matter the number of demons that will be released into the earth realm, because of the resurrection power we have the victory. Shout Amen.

Prayer: Lord Jesus Christ I thank you for the resurrection power that has given me victory over the devil and his cohorts may your name be praised. Amen.
