SHINNING THROUGH ETERNITY

Revelation 18:22-23 The music of harpists and musicians, pipers and trumpeters, will never be heard in you again. No worker of any trade will ever be found in you again. The sound of a millstone will never be heard in you again. The light of a lamp will never shine in you again. The voice of bridegroom and bride will never be heard in you again. Your merchants were the world’s important people. By your magic spell, all the nations were led astray.

Revelation 18 talks about a woman who had dominion in life. She did all that pleased her. But at last, she fell and the Bible calls her Babylon the great. No matter how great you are as an individual, family, community, or nation you don't have the eternal light. The only eternal light we have is in Christ Jesus. Ask an artist and filmmakers who had hit videos and movies. No matter how nice and trendy it goes within a season it fades out. A time is when your light will not shine again. The only ones who will still have their light shining are those who believed in the light of the world who is Jesus Christ. No matter how important you are your light will not forever shine. Those who will forever shine their light are those who walked in the light of Christ.

Prayer: Lord Jesus I come to your light give me your eternal light. Amen
