DON'T MISAPPLY HIS WORD

Luke 4:9-12 The devil led him to Jerusalem and had him stand on the highest point of the temple. "If you are the Son of God," he said, "throw yourself down from here. For it is written: "’ He will command his angels concerning you to guard you carefully; they will lift you up in their hands so that you will not strike your foot against a stone.’ "

God does not deliver us from deliberate temptations. He does not operate outside his word. In Psalm 91 where satan took the word of God out of context, this is what verse three says Psalms 91:3 Surely he will save you from the fowler’s snare and from the deadly pestilence. Fowler means trapper, bait-layer. God delivers us from what the enemy has set up for us not what we have set up for ourselves. God will deliver you from any evil and temptation you have no idea about but the ones you intentionally fall in, it does matter the scriptures you quote it will not bring you deliverance. Jesus Christ responds to Satan from Deuteronomy 6:16 Do not put the LORD your God to the test as you did at Massah. At Massah, the people of Israel tested God by quarreling with Moses when they needed water to drink. Why was this a test? It was a test that infuriated God because they dared God. Don't dare God! Don't try committing suicide and say if God is God let him deliver me, don't use your phone in watching nasty stuff, and say if God is God, let the screen of my phone crush. Nothing of that sought will happen. You will suffer the consequences of your actions without the Lord's deliverance. Don't misapply the word of God.
