GOD AND MAN'S THOUGHT

1Samuel 27:12 Achish trusted David and said to himself, "He has become so obnoxious to his people, the Israelites, that he will be my servant for life."

While God wants you to be His friend the enemy wants you to be his servant for life. Such a wicked destiny the devil has against our lives. But we thank God our enemies are not God and they can never be God. Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Sometimes the issues of life can put you in a servant position. Look at how David the Lord's anointed has been lowered to the position of servanthood, the same happened to Joseph and the people of Israel at large. But thank be God who has not given us as prey to the enemy. Surely there is a day for salvation.

Prayer: God you are not a man that changes let your will be done in my life and thwart the agenda of the wicked against my life in Jesus' name. Amen.
