THE DOWNFALL AND THE CAMERAS

Ezekiel 25:2-5 "Son of man, look toward the land of Ammon and prophesy against its people. Give the Ammonites this message from the Sovereign Lord: Hear the word of the Sovereign Lord! Because you scoffed when my Temple was desecrated, mocked Israel in her desolation, and laughed at Judah as she went away into exile,  I will allow nomads from the eastern deserts to overrun your country. They will set up their camps among you and pitch their tents on your land. They will harvest all your fruit and steal your livestock.

Therefore let him who thinks he stands take heed lest he falls. You should never rejoice at the fall of others and justify with reasons why they deserve that fall. You may not have the full picture of the situation at hand. Job’s three friends, Eliphaz, Bildad, and Zophar did that about Job's downfall and received the Lord's condemnation. If a friend, a loved one, a Christian, a ministry,  a prominent person, promising institutions and companies fall, it is not time to give derogatory comments, castigate and to lambaste the victims. If you can't encourage and pray for them just shut up. Don't add salt to their injury by sending nasty comments on social media and to share their pictures and videos. Remember Matthew 12: 36 says But I say to you that for every idle word men may speak, they will give an account of it in the day of judgment. God does not approve of this attitude. And He always repays those who mock at the downfall of others with double catastrophes.
Micah 7:8 Do not gloat over me, my enemies! For though I fall, I will rise again. Though I sit in darkness, the LORD will be my light.

Prayer: Holy Spirit help to to be an intercessor for those who fall in Jesus name Amen.
