THE ARM OF FLESH WILL FAIL YOU
Ezekiel 29:7 Israel leaned on you, but like a cracked staff, you splintered and stabbed her in the armpit. When she put her weight on you, you gave way, and her back was thrown out of joint.
The arm of flesh shall fail you. But they that trust in the Lord are like Mount Zion they cannot be moved. The people of Israel trusted the military powers of Egypt instead of the Lord Almighty, in the end, they could not help them against Babylon. Israel formed an alliance with Egypt but in the face of adversity, they forgot the treaty and betrayed Israel.
Jeremiah 17:5 This is what the LORD says: “Cursed are those who put their trust in mere humans, who rely on human strength and turn their hearts away from the LORD. It is very true that God will use people to meet our needs. But never let your confidence be in any human alliance or connection. Cleave to the Lord fully and he will cause the right people to cross your path. Proverbs 3:5-6 Trust in the Lord with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding. Seek his will in all you do, and he will direct your paths.
Prayer: Father I pray for Grace to trust you at all times in Jesus name Amen
