FRUITFULNESS & BARRENNESS
Ezekiel 19:10&12 'Your mother was like a vine planted by the water's edge. It had lush, green foliage because of the abundant water. But the vine was uprooted in fury and thrown down to the ground. The desert wind dried up its fruit and tore off its branches. Its stem was destroyed by fire.
What is that will make a person unfruitful within a very short time? When he or she starts heeding to the counsel of wicked people, when they get involved with sin and disobey God's word, then within a very short they get dried up. Delight yourself in obeying God and you shall be fruitful always.
Psalms 1:1-3 Blessed is the man that walks not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor stands in the way of sinners, nor sits in the seat of the scornful. But his delight is in the law of the LORD; and in his law does he meditate day and night. And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that brings forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither, and whatsoever he does shall prosper.
