DATES

Ezekiel 24:2 "Son of man, record this date, this very date, because the king of Babylon has laid siege to Jerusalem this very day.

Writing down the dates of happenings in your life is very important because it is God's idea from creation. Genesis 1:14 And God said, "Let bright lights appear in the sky to separate the day from the night. They will be signs to mark off the seasons, the days, and the years. Everything that happens on earth and around you occurs on a certain date. Date keeping helps you to take track record of events in your life. And to detect a particular season where there is a regular occurrence of an event.
Exodus 13:3-4 So Moses said to the people, "This is a day to remember forever—the day you left Egypt, the place of your slavery. For the Lord has brought you out by His mighty power (Remember, you are not to use any yeast.) This day in early spring will be the anniversary of your exodus.
There are dates you need to always remember to celebrate and there are other dates you remember in order to reflect, forgive and to take precautions. There will be no history without dates, documents are not valid without dates, pieces of evidence are sometimes rejected if one can not recall dates precisely. Get your dates right.
