THE BELIEVER'S ATTITUDE TOWARDS WORK & FAITH

Daniel 6:4
At this, the administrators and the satraps tried to find grounds for charges against Daniel in his conduct of government affairs, but they were unable to do so. They could find no corruption in him, because he was trustworthy and neither corrupt nor negligent.

Daniel lived a balanced christian life. He glorified God in his world of work, he didn't make room for the world to ridicule his God. He was not corrupt, he was trustworthy without any form of negligence. And we must emulate this good example as believers. But the truth of the matter is that the enemy is not after your job, family or any other thing. What he seeks in your life is your faith. The reason for your constant battles with the devil is that he wants you to loose your faith.
Luke 22:31 And the Lord said, Simon, Simon, behold, Satan hath desired to have you, that he may sift you as wheat:but I have prayed for thee, that thy faith fail not: and when thou art converted, strengthen thy brethren.
What you have to guard is your faith, because without it you can't please God. God needs your unflinching faith to strengthen others and to bring them into the kingdom of God.

Prayer: Holy spirit strengthen my faith in the midst of afflictions. May my faith minister to others in Jesus name Amen
