MOVING FROM PRAY FOR ME TO PERSONAL PRAYERS

Jeremiah 37:3 King Zedekiah, however, sent Jehukal son of Shelemiah with the priest Zephaniah son of Maaseiah to Jeremiah the prophet with this message: "Please pray to the LORD our God for us."

Prayer is not reserved for a few people or specialized people. God hears all of us when we call on Him. And He has thrown the invitation of prayer to us all
Jeremiah 33:3 ’Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know.’
Prayer is an avenue available for us to communicate with God. The Bible says we should pray for one another so asking for prayers is not out of place. There are numerous scriptures that support intercession and we all have been called to the ministry of
intercession. But there are some of us who always want others to pray for us we don't carry the burden of prayer in us. Real encounters come when you personally engage God. You will not survive for long when you only depend on the prayers others say for you. You need to engage God personally. 'Prayer is a necessity for daily survival' Arc Bishop Duncan William. You don't survive by what others do for you, you survive by what you do for yourself. It is time to pray for yourself.

Prayer: Holy Spirit stir in me a holy hunger to personally engage God in prayer. Pour unto to me the spirit of Grace and supplication in Jesus mighty name Amen
