THE QUEST FOR HEALING

Revelation 13:3 One of the heads of the beast seemed to have had a fatal wound, but the fatal wound had been healed. The whole world was filled with wonder and followed the beast.

Can you imagine what filled the world with wonder, and they followed? A beast fatally wounded and had been healed. This means one thing that amazes humanity is supernatural healing. The world needs healing but seeks it at the wrong places and people. Exodus 15:26 He said, "If you listen carefully to the LORD your God and do what is right in his eyes, if you pay attention to his commands and keep all his decrees, I will not bring on you any of the diseases I brought on the Egyptians, for I am the LORD, who heals you." The Lord's that heals, but it comes with the condition of paying attention to His commands and obeying them. The cause of our disease is not God but our disobedience. In our displeasure, we have failed to recognize why diseases abound and followed beasts who seem to have a solution but have no answer. 2 Chronicles 7:14 if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land. The nations will be healed if we turn from our wicked ways and seek the Lord.

Prayer: Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, as we turn to and repent of our sins, have mercy on us, forgive us, and heal our lands in Jesus' name. Amen
