SPECIFIC PRAYERS

Isaiah 37:20-21 Now, LORD our God, deliver us from his hand, so that all the kingdoms of the earth may know that you, LORD, are the only God." Then Isaiah son of Amoz sent a message to Hezekiah: "This is what the LORD, the God of Israel, says: Because you have prayed to me concerning Sennacherib king of Assyria.

King Hezekiah may be going through several challenges but his pressing need was King Sennacherib. And God answered him on that specific prayer. Sometimes we cloud our prayers. We are not even sure what we are praying about. God listens and answers prayers. When Hannah went to the Lord her issue was about her barrenness. When Jabez went before the Lord his issue was about his poverty, when David went before the Lord it was about a sin he had committed and he was seeking repentance from God in Psalm 51. Let God know that specific need in prayer and He will hear and answer you.

Prayer: Father in the name of Jesus Christ I come today concerning this particular issue of mine. Answer me today in Jesus' name. Amen.
