TREAT OTHER CHILDREN LIKE YOUR OWN

Esther 2:8
When the king's order and edict had been proclaimed, many girls were brought to the citadel of Susa and put under the care of Hegai. Esther also was taken to the king's palace and entrusted to Hegai, who had charge of the harem.

In James 1:27, the bible clearly states: Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world.
It is wickedness when you maltreat children who are not biological sons or daughters. God sees a lot of fault with you when you do that. You must treat other kids just as you would to your own biological children. They must eat well, have decent clothes, not over work, get quality  education and given equal opportunities like your own children. Mordecai, Esther's is uncle is a perfect example in the bible for us. He loved and supported Esther just like his own. He was not partial towards her, he rebuked her when he had to and supported her when it was most important. The welfare of other children under your care must also be your priority. As you do that the Lord remembers you and give you a name. It was the monitoring Esther at the gate of the king that opened a great door for Mordecai for his promotion. Don't hutch your eggs in one basket. Don't invest in your children only; they may turn out to disappoint you; support other children too, they may bring you the fulfillment you desire.
Prayer: Holy Spirit give a heart  to treat children equally in Jesus name Amen
