SURVIVING IN DIFFICULT TIMES.

Psalms 33:18 But the Lord watches over those who fear him, those who rely on his unfailing love. He rescues them from death and keeps them alive in times of famine.

We are all experiencing global crises across the world. We are in difficult times and world leaders at all levels are running out of options. Difficult times are not new to humanity every era has had it own experiences. David in his time tasted the difficult times of his generation and this is what he had to say "Psalms 33:17-18 Don't count on your warhorse to give you victory— for all its strength, it cannot save you. But the Lord watches over those who fear him, those who rely on his unfailing love. He rescues them from death and keeps them alive in times of famine" In difficult times we try strategies, connections and so much rely on what the experts say and are predicting but when David observed he realized that as an army general his soldiers and sophisticated gadgets could not help me. His help came from God, in Psalms 121:1-2 he said I will lift up my eyes to the hills— From whence comes my help? My help comes from the Lord, Who made heaven and earth. To survive in difficult times and season is not about expertise and strategy is about the mercy of God. That is the caveat for exemption in a difficult era. When you rely on God he exempts you from death and famine and causes you to say like David in Psalms 91:6-9 Nor of the pestilence that walks in darkness, Nor of the destruction that lays waste at noonday. A thousand may fall at your side, And ten thousand at your right hand; But it shall not come near you.
]Only with your eyes shall you look, And see the reward of the wicked. Because you have made the Lord, who is my refuge, Even the Most High, your dwelling place,

Prayer: Lord Jesus Christ, just as you said difficult times will come; yes it is here with us but you prayed for us and said you would protect and preserve therefore in Jesus Christ I pray that let your word be true in my life, spare from these hard times as I solely rely on you in Jesus' name. Amen.
