THE SISTERS ARE NOT HARLOTS

Genesis 34:31 But they said, "Should he treat our sister like a harlot?" 

Jacob throughout the Bible was the outspoken type. He spoke up when Esau his elder brother wanted a pot of stew and confronted his uncle cum father- in law when he chased him as he fled from His Home. But when the issue of the rape of Dinah his daughter of Jacob came up, he did not speak about it, he waited for his sons.

Genesis 34:5 And Jacob heard that he had defiled Dinah his daughter. Now his sons were with his livestock in the field; so Jacob held his peace until they came. Proverbs 17:17 A friend loves at all times, And a brother is born for adversity. On the day of adversity of Dinah, it was his brothers who spoke up for her and fought for her dignity.

But the brothers of today are different they are rather the ones defiling the sisters and encouraging other brothers to do so. In this sense we not talking about biological brothers only. Brothers stop the fornication, the rape cases, and sharing naked pictures of the sisters among yourselves. It is your duty to defend and preserve their dignity. When you see a sister going naked you cover her, you must fight for her cause when others are abusing and defiling her. Every lady is your sister. Treat them with respect and be a voice for them. 

Prayer: Father you for the men of our times that by the power of the Holy Spirit, they will rise and be responsible as ones who defend and uphold the integrity of your daughters in Jesus' name. Amen.
