GOD'S READINESS

Isaiah 46:12-13 Listen to me, you stubborn, evil people! For I am ready to set things right, not in the distant future, but right now! I am ready to save Jerusalem and give my glory to Israel.

God's promise of salvation is not to perfect people but to evil and stubborn people.  To be stubborn means refusing to move or to change one's opinion; obstinate; firmly resisting; persistent in doing something. To be evil means you are morally corrupted, you have intentions to harm others, you possess negative qualities that threaten, and bring sorrow, distress and pain to others. Anyone stubborn and evil is a danger to society. Nations have put systems in place to separate such individuals from mainstream society. That is why the government has built prisons, rehabs, and juvenile centres to keep such people. But that is not so with God.
Romans 5:8-9 But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Much more then, having now been justified by His blood, we shall be saved from wrath through Him. Luke 19:10 for the Son of Man has come to seek and to save that which was lost.”

Don't be afraid of the preaching of the gospel. It is not a call to imprison you, punish you or separate you from society, it is a call to bring you into a place of glory. Colossians 1:13-15 For he has rescued us from the one who rules in the kingdom of darkness, and he has brought us into the Kingdom of his dear Son.
God has purchased our freedom with his blood and has forgiven all our sins. God is ready to save you, are you ready for His salvation? It is not an event to be rescheduled or postponed. Now is the time of your salvation.

Prayer: Lord Jesus Christ I accept your gift of salvation now. Come into my heart, wash me with the cleansing power of your blood. Glory to God am saved.
