YOUR CONSCIENCE

 

Hebrews 9:14 How much more, then, will the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself unblemished to God, cleanse our consciences from acts that lead to death, so that we may serve the living God!

Our conscience plays a vital role in our lives. It is our ability to detect right from wrong. The concept of right and wrong is usually developed based on our environment and the perceptions with which we view the things we do. Some people's conscience have been clouded by corrupted perceptions of life. The concept of wrong and right is derived from the knowledge of God and His word. 

Our condolences determines our actions and every action that is not done to please is considered dead works, not pleasing to the Lord. God is interested in the kind of conscience we operate with. It is that important to Him that He allows the unblemished blood of Jesus Christ to clean our consciences. Your conscience should  not based on how you feel but it should be based on God's word. You cannot serve God well if your conscience is not right. Plunge into the blood of Jesus Christ for the cleansing of your conscience.

Prayer: Blood of Jesus Christ, cleanse my conscience and deliver me from all dead works in Jesus name. Amen!
