SHARED RESPONSIBILITY

Joshua 6:20 When the people heard the sound of the rams’ horns, they shouted as loud as they could. Suddenly, the walls of Jericho collapsed, and the Israelites charged straight into the town and captured it.

The supernatural falling of the wall of Jericho is one of the greatest events in Human history. That God decided to use praises and a march pass around a great city to bring down the mighty walls of Jericho, is truly supernatural. The occurrence of this great event in human history has two people working to ensure its realization.

The promise of the falling of the wall was given by God and the instructions to make that possible was also given by Him. That is God doing His part. Most often God will give us His word, an idea or an instruction, these things are not visible in the natural. The seed has been planted in our Spirit. Now for the spiritual to manifest, the carrying out of instructions in the physical must happen. God demonstrated this from creation and in the salvation of humanity.

Out of invisible words, he made the physical earth, and for God who is Spirit to save humanity, He had to come into the natural as Jesus Christ to be able to carry out the redemption plan. Whatever God has told you will come to pass if you get to play your part. God's instruction to Abraham was for him to leave his family when he did God's promises for his life came to pass. You have a responsibility to play to ensure God's promises come to pass. It is a shared responsibility. You will see that miracle when you play your part by walking and obeying the instructions of God about His promises to you.

Prayer: Holy Spirit help me to walk in obedience regarding any instruction you have given me so I will be able to see your promises in my life in Jesus' name. Amen
